Did you know the SMCCC Foundation awards about $1 million in scholarships annually? Thanks to generous donors, there are scholarships available for students pursuing their college education and career training at all of the San Mateo County Community College District colleges. In honor of Black History Month, the SMCCCD Alumni Association, in partnership with Cañada College's Financial Aid, TRIO, and Black Student Union, are hosting a "Scholarships 101" workshop on Wednesday Feb. 9th, 5pm. The event is open to ALL STUDENTS. During this webinar, financial aid officers will review the application process, available scholarship opportunities, required documentation, key deadlines, and more.
